Description
- Inactive turns are wound onto a silver plated aluminum drum, short circuiting them together to allow for extremely low minimum inductance settings (0.3 µH minimum) and no high voltage on the ends of unterminated turns.
- The winding will be silver plated to a thickness of approximately 0.0005 to .001 inch.
- The customer will provide the position sensing potentiometer, motor drive mechanism, and control to prevent rotating the inductor to the physical extreme ends of the winding.
