From the transmitter output port, Kintronics can supply all of the antenna
system equipment necessary to get your directional station on the air.
Directional systems consist of the common point, phasing and power dividing
cabinet(s), the antenna tuning units, and the pattern and/or transmitter
selection controller.
Kintronics utilizes state-of-the-art RF network synthesis techniques for the
purpose of common point bandwidth and pattern bandwidth optimization for AM
stereo or the new digital inband on-channel audio broadcast(IBOC DAB) technology
that is currently being reviewed by the FCC for possible licensing. This will
result in clear, robust audio given that the appropriate audio processing is
incorporated in the audio chain.
Complete systems, including rack mountable Controllers integrating pattern
and transmitter selection can be provided. The antenna matching units can be
supplied in weatherproof enclosures, in pre-fabricated buildings, or as open
panel units to meet your specific transmission site requirements.
