RF Inductors, Capacitors, & Contactors

Inductors

Kintronic Labs manufactures a complete line of fixed and variable inductors ranging in value from 5uH to 150uH and in current rating from 10A to 300A or higher. The standard fixed and variable inductors having a current rating of 60A or less are silverplated whereas those rated 80A or higher are unplated unless requested by the customer. Fixed inductors that are 100A or less utilize a clip or clamp for adjustment depending on the current rating. Fixed inductors rated 125A or higher are designed with a more robust radial arm adjustment. Variable inductors having a current rating from 20A to 80A utilize a center shaft adjustment that controls a spring-loaded roller wheel contact.

Capacitors

Kintronic Labs can supply Fixed and Variable Comet, Jennings, and Mica capacitors. Comet and Jennings capacitors include vacuum and non-vacuum capacitors, as well as insulated knobs for control of the variable capacitors. All capacitors are available in a wide range of standard values.

Contactors

Kintronic Labs manufactures a complete line of single pole, double throw or double pole, double throw RF contactors ranging in current rating from 40A to 200A and in voltage rating from 20kV to 80kV. The RF contactors with current rating between 40A and 100A utilize solenoid drive requiring a short duration 110VAC or 220VAC pulse. Solenoids are available such that AC voltage can be field changed between 110 and 220 VAC. The RF contactors rated for 100A or higher utilize a DC linear actuator that requires a separate drive circuit to convert AC to DC drive.
